Having long-term commitment to the research of molecular mechanism and translational medicine of gastrointestinal cancer: 1. Awarded the Sasakawa Scholarship and Special Scholarship to conduct research on the mechanism and clinical significance of genetic abnormalities of digestive tract tumors at Kyushu University, Japan, on microsatellite instability (MSI) and chromosomal instability (CIN). 2. In the hypoxic microenvironment, the differentially expressed lncRNA PCGEM1 induced in exosomes affects the network regulation mechanism of SNAIL-mediated invasion metastasis. For the first time, the molecular mechanism of HIF-1a/PCGEM1/miRNA-203/SNAI1 axis involved in gastric cancer invasion and metastasis was discovered. PCGEM1-containing exosomes were involved in the construction of GC hypoxic microenvironment for the first time.  3. Carry out a number of clinical studies on perioperative treatment and conversion therapy of advanced gastric cancer. Participate in a number of domestic multi-center clinical studies.

Carrying out research on the relationship between mutation detection and clinical significance of high- and medium--risk gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST): Participated in a number of domestic multi-center GIST-related clinical studies, and served as a GIPAP charity doctor and an executive doctor of the Sotan project. Guide the high-throughput sequencing of familial GIST and screen differentially expressed molecular targets, in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of special types of GIST.

Responsible for the construction of hospital information system to improve medical safety and management efficiency: take the lead in building an imaging cloud platform in the province, establish a cloud imaging consultation center in Liaoning Province, serve as a standing member of the CSCO tumor big data expert committee, a standing member of the Smart Hospital and Artificial Intelligence Application Working Committee of the China Society of Health Information and Health Big Data, Vice chairman of the medical 5G network construction work committee, and a standing committee member of the telemedicine and information technology branch of the China Medical Equipment Association. The hospital have passed the national electronic medical record application level 5, interconnection four-A class, and international HIMSS 6 level quanlification. The hospital information system (HIS) platform is keeping upgrading to improve medical safety and management efficiency. We have built an imaging cloud platform in the province and establish the Liaoning Provincial Cloud Imaging Consultation Center. We are actively promoting the construction of medical big data platforms and application 5G transmission standards of medical records.
