摘要:A non-contact piezoelectric wind energy harvesting system consisting of PVDF triangular cantilevers, permanent magnets and an annular base, and the wind energy harvesting characteristic of the system was studied.Firstly, the excitation exerted by the single magnet-cantilever in the system was analyzed, which led to a periodic triangle wave.Secondly, the finite element simulation analysis showed that the output power of one magnet-cantilever was maximized when its excited frequency matched with the intrinsic frequency.Correspondingly, the experiment showed that the system with single magnet-cantilever was suitable for the environment where the wind speed was less than 3.2m/s.When the measured wind speed was 2.8m/s and the excited frequency was 17.4Hz, which was close to the intrinsic frequency of the magnet-cantilever, the maximum output power of the system was12.4μW.Finally, the range of wind speed was widened by using the array arranged by multiple magnet-cantilevers with adjustable clamping lengths.Taking the experiment on the four cantilevers with different lengths as an example, it was verified that the wind speed of the system worked in the range of 2.80~5.25m/s, and the corresponding average power was 13.6μW.
