菌株HP3降解溴胺酸特性研究

Abstract:从溴胺酸生产车间的活性污泥中筛选到以溴胺酸为惟一碳、氮源且对溴胺酸有较高降解能力的菌株,暂命名为HP3.在良好的通气条件下,该菌株降解溴胺酸的最佳条件为30℃、pH7.0~7.5.溴胺酸浓度为1 000 mg/L时,4 d内可被完全降解.葡萄糖、牛肉膏、蛋白胨能不同程度地提高菌体降解溴胺酸的速度.在所试的含氮无机物中,(NH4)2SO4和NH4NO3能加快菌体降解溴胺酸的速度,NH4Cl则起反作用.NaCl的存在抑制菌体的生长并降低溴胺酸降解速度.菌体降解溴胺酸的产物之一为邻苯二甲酸,它可被菌体进一步代谢.
