Abstract:酸性蒽醌绿染料在微波辐射催化剂作用下,其脱色率与反应时间、固液比、进样浓度、微波功率密切相关.在静态试验中,固液比为1:2,反应时间为12min,200mg/L的酸性蒽醌绿染料的脱色率达82%.固液比越高,脱色效果越好;但功率过大,造成催化剂损失,效果反而下降.在连续流固液比1:1,进样浓度为200mg/L,HRT为10min,微波功率为250W时,酸性蒽醌绿染料脱色率保持在87.5%左右.
