- Abstract:Applying the computer visualization technology to the water resources
management is an important part of digital water conservation.According
to the water resources optimizing allocation in Dalian,using the VC++
visual programming technology and GIS,the visualization system of water
resources optimizing allocation evaluation program in Dalian is
developed.The system realizes the variable fuzzy plan evaluation,data
and graphical display and information inquiry,taking the water resources
optimizing allocation program in Dalian in 2020 as an example.The
scientificalness of the variable fuzzy sets theory,water resources
system evaluation theory,model and method is testified.This system has
the characteristics of simplicity,convenience and has good man-machine
