摘要: In this study, digital image techniques are adopted to process the sea ice parameters based on the dynamic characteristics and distribution conditions of sea ice in the Bohai Sea. A precise algorithm and effective software system are developed to determine the ice thickness, ice velocity and ice concentration, respectively. In the winter of 2009-2010, the developed sea ice digital image collection and processing system was utilized to monitor the ice parameters in the JZ20-2 oil-gas field of the Liaodong Bay.
