Abstract:利用固定床研究了在Mn、Co、Cu和Ni氧化物改性的HZSM-5(25)上吸附法深度脱除N2中低浓度NO的性能,同时考察了不同载体、Ni负载量、温度和杂质气体对该类吸附剂吸附脱除NO的影响,利用TPD实验考察了吸附剂的再生性能.结果表明,4种改性HZSM-5(25)中,Ni/HZSM-5(25)吸附脱除NO的性能最佳.Ni负载量为3.85%的Ni/HZSM-5(25),在常温常压下吸附脱除N2中的NO(150 μL/L)时,NO穿透吸附量最高达6.14 mg/g;N2中7%O2可使NO的穿透吸附量提高近1倍,10%CO2使NO的穿透吸附量略有降低.该类吸附剂可以用N2在670 K温度下吹扫再生.
