Abstract:Based on knowledge management perspective, this paper discusses knowledge management process in universities' academic team, and SWOT analysis of innovative capabilities in universities' academic teams in accordance with the internal strengths and weaknesses as well as the opportunities and face the external threat in Universities' academic team, the best strategic option is, create learning-academic team, optimize the internal organizational structure in academic team, create an open academic team culture.
