Abstract: The evaluation of science and technology internationalization capability of colleges & universities, as a comprehensive judgment on the scientific and technological strength and management capability of colleges & universities, is a multivariate evaluation and analysis process, and the establishment of evaluation index system for science and technology internationalization capability of colleges & universities introduced in this thesis is a fundamental research aiming to accelerate, guide and promote the improvement of science and technology internationalization capability of colleges & universities.
