Abstract: 以间氟三氟甲苯为原料,经溴化反应、格氏反应、氰化反应和氨化反应,合成了4-氨基-2-三氟甲基苯腈,总收率达49.2%.用质谱(MS)、红外光谱(IR)和核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)确定了目标化合物的结构.该方法绿色环保,操作简单易行,具有工业化应用前景.
