利用光参量振荡器测量腔内增强吸收光谱

Abstract:The cavity enhanced absorption spectrum(CEAS) was carried out with a newly developed tunable optical parametric oscillator(OPO).A linear cavity was used in the experiments.Light transmission through the cavity was obtained by jittering the cavity-length with a piezo on one of the mirrors.The sensitivity of the system was determined by recording the absorption of ethane(C2H6) at 2.996 μm.A minimum detectable absorption coefficient of 2.3×10-5 cm-1 was achieved with a total mirror reflectivity of 98.5 %,corresponding to an C2H6 detection limit of 690 ppb.
