油气雾化技术在钛合金加工中应用研究

Abstract: 为了提高金刚石刀具切削钛合金零件的表面加工质量,减轻金刚石刀具的磨损,提出一种以二氧化碳、水及植物油雾化后的雾状混合物作为冷却介质的加工技术.冷却介质经研制的油气雾化装置喷淋到切削区,达到冷却、润滑及保护金刚石刀具的目的.对比实验表明,利用油气雾化技术,二氧化碳气体能够更充分地接触加工表面,使工件加工表面中微量铁原子直接与二氧化碳气体中的碳发生化学反应,减少铁原子含量,从而保护金刚石刀具,降低金刚石刀具化学磨损.油气雾化结合超声振动切削钛合金技术,能够提高工件加工表面质量,减少金刚石刀具磨损.
