Abstract: 分析激光能量补偿的意义，给出激光与材料相互作用的能量谱，阐述激光能量补偿的原理和方法，并介绍了激光补偿系统的结构设计，实验结果表明：通过补偿的方法提高了激光加工精度和能量利用率，改善了激光的加工性能。
