Abstract: 在研究激光束能量模式基础上,对其变换及计算机模拟进行了分析,研究了激光加工过程中能量空间分布的调控方法,并将其应用于对激光束的刃磨.计算机模拟表明了刃磨光束在激光精密加工和新激光成形方法中的有效性.
