金属扇形层合板激光圆弧扫描变形特征研究

Abstract: 针对不锈钢-碳钢扇形层合板,采用激光同心圆弧扫描方式进行弯曲成形试验.用激光扫描仪对变形后的样件进行几何特征测量,分析激光扫描线各位置的弯曲角度及扫描线两侧曲面变形特征.研究激光加工参数和板材几何参数对扇形层合板激光圆弧扫描弯曲成形的影响.结果 表明:经激光圆弧扫描后的扫描线变形区在空间呈三维曲线状,在扫描线处的弯曲角度各不相同,中线位置角度最小,并向板材左右两侧逐渐增大,于板材边缘处达到最大,关于扇形板中心线基本对称;扫描线径向两侧均产生明显曲面变形,扫描线至扇形板外圆线的区域沿y轴正向内凹,扫描线至扇形板内圆线的区域沿z轴正向外凸.研究结果为深入分析激光同心圆弧扫描三维变形机理提供试验依据.
