钛/钢层合板激光熔覆制备及其组织和性能

Abstract:采用优化的激光参数,激光熔覆制备出无孔洞、无裂纹缺陷的钛/钢层合板.利用光学显微镜(OM)、电子探针(EPMA)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)等对层合板的熔覆层微观组织和成分分析,并对钛/钢层合板进行显微硬度和拉伸强度等力学性能检测.结果表明,钛熔覆层底部到上部组织从柱状晶转变为胞状晶和等轴晶;熔覆层成分为α-Ti、TiFe和少量β-Ti,显微硬度达到560-620HV,为工业纯钛硬度的2-3倍,大大提高了耐磨性能;制备的钛/钢层合板力学性能和延伸性能良好,为钛/钢层合板工程应用提供理论和实验依据.
