Abstract: 为了寻找一条高效率合成4-氯代苯酐的路线,基于D-A环合原理和芳构化方法,首先,优化并比较了两条合成4-氯代四氢苯酐(二酸)的路线,然后,优化并比较了两条将4-氯代四氢苯酐(二酸)芳构化合成4-氯代苯酐的路线.得到如下结果:4-氯代四氢苯酐收率提高到95%,纯度大于98%;用液溴作芳香化试剂4-氯代苯酐的单步收率达到89%、纯度99%,氧气活性炭作芳香化试剂,4-氯代苯酐收率达到70%、纯度100%.
