Abstract: 用溶胶-凝胶技术控制硅凝胶颗粒的粒度,向烧结金属钛的微孔内嵌入不同粒度的凝胶颗粒,经6次涂敷、陈化和烧结后,制成微孔金属钛-SiO2复合膜;将该膜用于超滤分离聚乙二醇(PEG)和玉米蛋白水溶液,在过滤压差Δp=0.3 MPa时,对分子量20 000的聚乙二醇,其稳定通量JP=8.4 mL/(cm2*h),截留率RP=92.8%~93.4%;对玉米蛋白,其稳定通量JA=6.7 mL/(cm2*h),截留率RA=95.2%~95.6%.
