Abstract: This article presents a new precise algorithm in the time domain for solving the problem of heat transfer. By expanding variables at a discretized time interval, finite-element-based recursive formulas are derived for both linear and nonlinear cases, and there is no requirement for iteration for the nonlinear solutions. Numerical validation shows good performance.
