Abstract:the service quality of doctoral education has become a key factor in the student satisfaction. The empirical study has found:reliability quality in service quality of doctoral education has the biggest impact on student satisfaction,the second is the assurance quality,and the effect is almost the same between tangibles and empathy quality. The responsive quality only has positive influence on emotional factors in satisfaction. In order to make student more satisfied,colleges and universities should fully consider five dimensions in service quality of doctoral education influence on student satisfaction relationship and their internal mechanism,and then they should improve reliability quality first.
