  • Abstract:

    以七水合硫酸锌(ZnSO4?7H2O)和六亚甲基四胺(HMT)为原料,采用化学浴沉积法合成了碱式硫酸锌(ZSH)微米片,并将其作为填料嵌入氟碳(FC)清漆中.采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、场发射扫描电镜、能谱仪和X射线衍射仪分析了ZSH微米片的健结构、形貌和组分.对比了不同ZSH的质量分数时在紫铜上所得FC–ZSH复合涂层的剖面结构、ZSH分布情况及腐蚀防护性能.结果表明,所得ZSH呈典型的六方片状晶体结构,表面光滑、无缺陷.ZSH在FC–ZSH 复合涂层中均匀分布,令涂层的腐蚀防护性能增强,尤以ZSH质量分数为10%时为最佳.
