2种载体对厌氧同步消化、反硝化的影响

Abstract:驯化培养的厌氧消化菌和反硝化菌分别在以网格间距为180 μm的不锈钢网和塑料网的载体上附着成膜,研究两种载体上附着微生物对厌氧同步消化和反硝化去除有机污染物和含氮污染物的影响.以不锈钢网为载体的系统,COD和NO3--N的去除效率分别为66.7% ~97.0%和89.0% ~100%;以塑料网为载体的系统,COD和NO3--N的去除效率分别为55.7% ~97.0%和81.7%~98.4%.两系统对NH4+-N的去除效果不明显,但出水中NO2--N没有明显积累;连续运行16 d后,不锈钢网和塑料网表面附着的微生物量分别为(0.0204±0.0022)g和(0.0305±0.0017)g.仅反硝化菌附着成膜时,塑料网为载体的系统对COD和NO3-N的去除效果好于不锈钢网为载体的系统,但均低于厌氧消化菌和反硝化菌附着成膜时.研究结果表明,以可导电不锈钢网为载体的系统,厌氧同步消化和反硝化协同去除有机污染物和硝态氮污染物的能力要好于不导电塑料网为载体的系统.
