Abstract:碳化钨硬质合金涂层材料由于其高硬度、高耐磨性等特性在航空航天和国防等领域具有重要的应用,电解磨削加工是实现其高效低损伤加工的重要方法,而电解磨削液是影响电解磨削加工表面完整性和效率的重要因素.针对碳化钨硬质合金涂层材料的电解磨削加工,研究了阳极极化曲线对于电解磨削液选择的影响规律,通过分析动电位、恒电位阳极极化曲线,选择适合于加工该材料的电解磨削液配方,并使用所选电解磨削液通过实际加工验证效果.
