复合添加剂在新戊基多元醇酯中极压抗磨特性的研究

Abstract: 考察了在新戊基多元醇酯(DH-100)中分别加入不同质量分数的HL-343与国际名牌Hitec-343、Mobil-2523种复剂的极压抗磨性,初步探讨了添加剂的作用机理.结果表明,国产的HL-343复剂最大无卡咬负荷、烧结负荷都较高,低载长磨磨斑小、痕迹轻,主要原因是由于复剂在摩擦中游离出的活性磷元素生成了抗剪切强度很低的薄膜,减少了摩擦磨损.国产HL-343综合抗磨性能优于两种进口高性能添加剂Hitec-343和Mobil-252,HL-343复剂完全可以取代进口同类产品.
