Abstract: 针对机器设计过程，简述了机器概念设计、运动尺度设计、结构方案设计和精度特性设计中机构学的作用，提出了机构型综合问题需求描述，机构结构的数学描述、机构型综合的数学方法，机构近似综合误差评定函数、解的存在性与求解算法的收敛性、机构广义尺度综合，机构的零件结构方案设计，机器精度的机构模型等有待机构学研究的课题，展望机构学理论贯穿机器概念设计、运动尺度设计、结构设计和精度设计的全过程，成为机械产品数字化设计方法体系中的主要组成部分，供机构学研究者参考。
