Abstract:利用化学沉淀法,在钛酸四丁酯水解溶液中加入尿素,制备出TiO_2/尿素颗粒.采用SEM及TEM对颗粒形貌进行表征,结果表明与TiO_2颗粒相比,TiO_2/尿素颗粒呈球形且表面光滑,颗粒的单分散性良好,粒径约为400~700 nm.
