工业纯钛表面高能喷丸对仿生矿化合成羟基磷灰石涂层的影响

Abstract:Hydroxyapatite (HAP) coating was synthesized via biomimetic method, by immersing commercial pure titanium (CP Ti) in simulated body fluid (SBF) after alkali pre-treatment and heat treatment. The surface morphology and composition of the coating were analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), electron probe microanalyzer (EPMA) and infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), and the effect of high-energy shot peening (HESP) to Ti substrate and hydroxyapatite coating was discussed. The results indicated that HAP coating was synthesized by biomimetic method and the ratio of Ca/P is 1.30. The techniques of HESP enhanced the chemical reactivity of the Ti substrate, and accelerated the deposition rate of HAP. Surface roughness increasement narrowed the coating cracks, and enhanced the cohesion between the substrate and coating.
