Abstract: In order to effectively manage the logistics in the Manufacturing System, the current condition of Supply-Marketing-Inventory pattern, which is the periphery of the production activity in manufacture enterprise, is investigated and analyzed. A new pattern of Supply-Marketing -Inventory is built up emphasized on "Active-work", and according this, build a Supply-Marketing-Inventory system model fit enterprise use. Based on the active-work logistics management pattern, the applied software (Supply-Marketing-Inventory Management Information System) is designed and programmed. The practice of the Inventory MIS in DHI shows that the approaches of the paper are effective and practicable.
