内圈倾斜对圆柱滚子轴承承载性能的影响

Abstract:针对中低速圆柱滚子轴承在负载作用下内圈的倾斜,运用拟静力学方法对轴承承载性能进行研究.根据圆柱滚子轴承元件几何关系,分别建立滚子和内圈五自由度几何关系模型,计算滚子综合变形,运用切片技术计算轴承接触力,分析了倾斜状态下,轴承承载性能和滚子与套圈接触力及接触力波动的变化规律.结果表明:随着倾斜角增大,滚子与内外圈接触力先减小后增加,滚子最大变形缓慢增大并趋于稳定;不同径向力下的最大接触力缓慢增大,且径向力越大,最大接触力波动率越小.
