煤基管状微滤炭膜的制备及其在水处理中的应用

Abstract:以煤为原料,与粘结剂混合后经挤压成型、炭化制备出煤基管状微滤炭膜,将其应用于钛白废水的处理和作为二氧化钛动态膜的载体处理含油废水.结果表明:炭膜处理后的钛白废液的浓度为0.04mg/L,料液截留率为99.99%;炭膜和动态膜处理后含油废水的浓度分别为9.50和4.6mg/L,两者对油滴的截留率分别为98.1%和99.1%,而且通过制备动态膜解决了纯炭膜易污染不易清洗的缺点.
