Abstract:In order to enrich the literature about management innovation process, the paper sets up the two-dimension framework of management innovation process from the perspective of internal change promoter. Then combining with the case of Dalian Wanda, it analyses and demonstrates the model of management innovation process. The results indicate that management innovation is a circular and progressive process which consists of four phases: motivation, invention, implementation, theorization and labeling. Internal change promoter takes three representative actions: problem-driven exploring, trial and error, internal and external validation, which are repeated and spanned at close phase.
