Abstract:In recent years, born globals as a new form has become the focus of the field. The research of key factors about born globals from start-up to grow up, which would provide important reference value to get international competitiveness quickly. Based on the review of born globals and entrepreneurship theory, this paper choose Chinese PV firms for the object, and describe the stage from start-up to grow up of born globals, build the theoretical model about key factors of growth stage and then analyze the factors. The study show that: international industrial policy environment, international economic environment and international technical environment common constraint the growth of born globals, international experience in entrepreneurial team and local policies are the form factors to start-up stage; and ability to integrate resources, industrial policy, financial environment and technology innovation are the four key factors in the growth of born globals.
