组织情境对创新速度影响的实证分析——技术不确定性的调节作用

Abstract: The paper considers two aspects of technological uncertainty: technology novelty and technological turbu- lence, and examines the moderating effect of uncertainty on the relationships between three organizational context factors (i.e. leader support, goal challenge and organization rewards) and innovation speed. An empirical study is made based on the survey of 162 enterprises, and competitive intensity, team size, development cost and NPD resources are included as control variables, an empirical model is constructed and verified. The results show that leader sup- port has more positive effect on innovation speed than goal challenge, and leader support has a more positive effect on innovation speed under conditions of high technology novehy and high technological turbulence. Goal challenge is more important to innovation speed under conditions of medium technology novelty and low technological turbulence. The results suggest a positive relationship between organization rewards and innovation speed, however under high technological turbulence, where a negative curvilinear relationship was found between them.
