Abstract: Setting Lenovo business transformation manager as the object of study, this article dis-cusses the innovation management model for Chinese enterprise business process by combining theory with the case study methodology. It introduces the background and major responsibilities of business transformation manager in Lenova, and mainly focuses on Lenova＇s efforts and achievements in the innovation management of business process. This study will throw light on the transformation of management model, improving business framework, enhancing manage- ment efficiency, and optimizing decision making model for Chinese large enterprises.
