变革型领导行为对企业绩效的作用机制研究--以中国汽车企业为例

Abstract:This paper adapts the methods of a single exploratory case study approach, through in-depth study of a Chinese mobile company to explore the influence and mechanism for transformational leadership of this type on business perfor-mance, the results show that transformational leadership and its dimensions have a positive impact on performance, corporate entrepreneurship and dynamic capability play the intermediary role in this action process. Among them, the motivation, in-fluence, and personalized care dimensions of transformational leadership affecting the company through flexible innovative spirit, self-reliance and hard work spirit, intellectual stimulation dimension affecting the company through flexible innovative spirit and hard work spirit. Flexible innovative spirit and hard work spirit of the company's entrepreneurial spirit dimensions affect business performance through a flexible integration capability, environmental insight and rapid absorption capacity of dynamic capability, self-reliance through affect business performance through a flexible integration capability and rapid absorp-tion capacity of dynamic capability, this new theoretical framework provides inspiration for Chinese companies to rely on transformational leadership foster competitive advantage.
