Abstract:This paper studies the technological capability development of the
enterprises in underdeveloped countries from three perspectives:
technological developing path, technological improving path and
diversity of technological enhancement, and makes an empirical study
based on the cases of CHPAVC and Geely. The conclusion is that the
technological capability development of the enterprises in
underdeveloped countries follows the developing path from technological
introduction to independent innovation; independent R&D is an effective
means for enhancing technological capability; and the diversity exists
among the technological capability enhancing courses of the enterprises
in underdeveloped countries in different industries, depending on their
product or technology characters.
