Abstract:By discussing the forming modes of high-tech incubation network from a dynamic evolutionary perspec- tive, this paper proposes the following three forming modes of high-tech incubation network： research Institute Spin-off Network, Enterprise Group Spin-off Network and Multi-agent United Network. Combining with incubation network cases, the paper analyses the backgroun the above analysis, six key factors of high-tech d, in characteristics, functions and structure of each mode. Based on cubation network are summarized, which are technology, capital, space, service, network and system. Moreover, comparisons on key factors of three different incubation network modes have been made.
