摘要：Extracted independent innovational paths in the product upgrade-oriented based on the case study of CNR Dalian Locomotive Rolling Stock Works Co.Ltd.The five key paths of product upgrade include：（a）based on product line extension,（b） based on customer needs,（c）based on localization project,（d）based on national policy,and（e）based on technical cooperation.And finally built an integrated framework of independent innovation based on product upgrade oriented.
