惯性对后发国家引进型管理创新的作用分析

摘要:Using grounded theory, based on management practices of adoptive management innovation in Chinese color TV industry, we explore how cognitive inertia, learning inertia and organizational inertia affect management innovation process from the view of inertia. The results show that the roles of various inertias are different at var-ious stages of introducing management innovation. Cognitive inertia plays a key role at the fore stage, through en-trepreneur alert, knowledge search, intention and desire for success and so on. Learning inertia plays a key role at the execution stage, by which enterprise acquires and controls resources, makes internalization. It is the key sup-porting condition of realizing adoptive management innovation. Organizational inertia plays a key role at the later stage, which makes organizations adopt new management innovation practices and theory based on the present knowledge system. At last, we construct three dimension model of adoptive management innovation process.
