摘要:This paper selects Xiaomi, Dedao, Lego and JD as the case examples, and explores the impact of the combination of structural empowerment and psychological empowerment on the innovation through the multiple case study.It finds that:there is product innovation under the condition of high structural empowerment and high psychological empowerment;there is service innovation under the condition of high structural empowerment and low psychological empowerment;there is business model innovation under the condition of low structural empowerment and high psychological empowerment;there is no fans innovation under the condition of low structural empowerment and low psychological empowerment.
