摘要：This paper takes for that the realization of catch-up strategy of
   developing countries should depend on the synergistic development of
   industry and technology,especially the synergistic development of core
   industry chain and core technology chain.At first,the paper defines the
   core industry chain and the core technology chain.Then,the paper point
   out that the inchoative pattern of developing countries' synergistic
   development of industry and technology is not the general pattern of
   technological progress impelling industrial improvement but the pattern
   of industrial improvement pulling technological progress,after analyzing
   the synergistic development mechanism of industry and technology of
   different countries.The synergistic development mechanism of core
   industry chain and core technology chain based on the developing
   countries' catch-up strategy is highlighted in paper,combined with case
   study.
