Abstract:回转窑内烟气、物料及窑壁之间发生着复杂的热量交换过程,数值模拟是用来研究这类问题的重要手段.根据回转窑不同位置的物理化学特性,沿长度方向将窑体分成7个带,建立一维轴向传热模型,利用Matlab编程计算,得到了各带温度变化趋势以及各区域能量交换情况.同时,还对回转窑横截面周向和径向传热机理进行了数值研究,利用傅里叶定律建立了极坐标系下的传热微分方程,并运用集总参数法求解,最终获得窑壁周向温度变化曲线.
