Abstract:针对炼油企业燃油锅炉结垢严重的问题,在燃油锅炉上进行了除垢剂工业试验,并对试验结果进行了分析.试验结果表明,采用向锅炉内部喷射除垢剂的方法是可行的,能达到除垢的目的,而且在其他条件不变的情况下可以提高锅炉处理量,降低炉膛及排烟温度,具有一定的经济效益.
