废液焚烧炉内燃烧过程及污染物排放特性数值模拟

Abstract:应用FLUENT软件对某炼化企业处理量为10 t/h的废液焚烧炉燃烧过程进行三维数值模拟,获得了焚烧炉炉膛内流场、温度场、各组分浓度分布、污染物生成及火焰形状等信息,揭示了炉膛内燃烧、流动以及传热与传质的特点.模拟不同过量空气系数下工业有机废液在炉内燃烧情况,结果表明:随着过量空气系数(λ)的增加,妒膛内温度峰值逐渐减小,炉膛温度分布更加均匀,燃烧区域增大,炉膛出口截面平均NOx浓度逐渐升高;在λ=1.25的情况下,炉膛出口排烟温度合理,氮氧化物排放浓度较低;模拟结果与试验数据吻合,验证了模型的可靠性,为优化设计操作工况及污染物的控制提供可靠依据.
