Abstract:利用纳米Sn粉高的表面活性,通过微米Mg粉与纳米Sn粉的机械合金化高效合成了含原位纳米Mg_2Sn相的复合粉末,将所得复合粉末热压烧结,获得高性能纳米Mg_2Sn增强镁基复合材料。对比研究了不同机械合金化时间对镁基复合材料组织、性能的影响。结果表明:随着机械合金化时间的延长,由纳米Mg_2Sn相组成的团簇尺寸不断减小,分布更加均匀,烧结态Mg_2Sn/Mg复合材料的各项力学性能也得到不断提高。
