Abstract: 利用XRD、DSC-VSM和TEM研究了添加少量Y对非晶态和退火态Fe_(73.5)Si_(13.5)B_9Cu_1Nb_(3-x)Y_x(x=
   0,1,2,3 at%)的热稳定性、软磁性能的影响。对非晶薄带在真空条件下不同温度下退火10
   min。结果表明,Y可抑制非均匀形核。Y的添加影响了软磁性能。当试样中Y含量为2%时在700 ℃退火10
   min具有最佳的软磁性能,其饱和磁感应强度达1.28T。
