Abstract: 在油田的稠油热采中,应用高温高压饱和水蒸汽提高采收率;饱和蒸汽的工作压力随油井深度在3~15MPa范围内变化,这给饱和蒸汽流量的精确测量带来了困难;研究建立高精度、宽范围的密度补偿模型对饱和蒸汽流量进行精确测量;利用3次样条插值增加压力大于10 MPa的样本点,然后利用最小二乘法拟合出2~15 MPa适用的饱和蒸汽密度补偿方程;经过辽河油田某注汽站的实际应用表明,采用该模型提高了饱和蒸汽流量的测量精度,取得了较好的效果.
