摘要:The design strategy achieves the basic objectives of low-carbon energy mainly through design of four parts. It is done by integrating the heating, ventilation, heat stortage, heat four parts with the building features of "Space Loop+Double facade system", Then the integration of energy-saving design and architectural design is achieved. The technology is a national patent, patent number: 200820126855.9. In this paper, the saving of residential building energy and land is investigated through the problem that the light and ventilation problems are not ideal in the current medium and small collection because of big depth and small plane. To solve the problems, we adapt the passive solar double facade space loop+system application. So winter heating period may be shortened, summer breeze in the sunny without a substantial increasing construction costs. Furthermore, the ventilation can be realized under the conditions of no wind and achieve or exceed the insulation of building energy efficiency standards. To save energy, double skin facades generally are often used in large public buildings. It is the first time that the use function of houses, energy-saving design and good texture and structure are successfully integrated.
