Abstract: 对Ti-6Al-4V合金在氮和氩的混合气体中通过激光加热形成的渗氮层进行了研究.结果表明,渗氮层由α和TiN两相组成.靠近表层的粗树枝状组织为胞状纳米晶的TiN相,熔区内的显微硬度在500HV~800HV范围内呈阶梯状变化.
