网格自适应技术在船用钢板激光弯曲成形过程数值模拟中的应用

Abstract:Several three-dimensional elastic-plastic thermo-mechanical coupled finite element (FE) models of laser bending process of sheet metal were developed using different grid division methods using the FE analytical software MSC. Marc. Adaptive technology was introduced in some models. Temperature field and displacement field of laser bending process of 6 mm shipbuilding sheet metal were calculated using the models. The results show that with the introducing of adaptive technology, the time of calculation is reduced efficiently and the analytical efficiency is enhanced greatly while the precision changes slightly. The FE simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.
